TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions:
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended after dispatch. At any point, after the parcel leaves the physical store with our courier, if you wish to exchange the received item, you should return all goods associated with the parcel to us (which we will inspect first) or walk into our physical store. Any stocks kept by the customer will not be refunded.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to the delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
When you placing an order, you undertake that all the details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are allowed for unfit size only (based on available stock) or defective items.
Cannot exchange for this kind of case: not suitable, colours not match, change of mind situation, colours are different from the website.
You can ONLY contact our sales team within 7 days after receiving the item or else we are not going to entertain.
The customer will have to bear for the return postage.
We will post the new item (exchange item) to the customer after we receive the returned item at HQ.
Sale and discounted item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Item(s) must be unused/unwashed/unworn and in the exact condition when purchased. You must present the original receipt and it must also be in the original packaging.
To return your product, you should contact us first by email, Instagram or Facebook. Then we will provide our address to you for mail your product.
DISCLAIMER
Bear in mind that all the images are captured with controlled lights from all angles. All the colours adjusted to the most similar possible. The colours might vary from each computer settings or your mobile setting.
